U12 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the u12 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal and binding agreement between you ("User") and the u12 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You use this platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party without authorization.
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

The u12 platform reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is allowed only one registered account. Attempts to create multiple accounts may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. The u12 platform will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Accounts registered with false information, another person’s identity, or invalid data may be closed without notice, with account balances potentially forfeited at the platform’s discretion.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

As a u12 platform user, you agree to comply with all usage rules. It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or interact with the platform without written permission.
  • Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or abuse platform systems including odds, payments, or promotions.
  • Sharing or transferring accounts to others in any form.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
  • Disseminating false information, compromising other users’ security, or engaging in any actions that undermine the platform’s integrity.

Any violation of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, fund freezing, and legal action if necessary. The u12 platform reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activities and take appropriate measures.

The u12 platform complies with relevant financial regulations. All transactions are monitored according to standard industry procedures. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents (KYC) before withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits are approved.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

Deposit

All deposits into u12 accounts are made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Available deposit methods include internet banking transfers and local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost. Minimum deposit amounts depend on the chosen method and will be shown during the deposit process.

Successfully processed deposits typically reflect in accounts within a few minutes. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or wallet providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed following the prescribed verification procedures. u12 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the identity verification (KYC) process is completed, if necessary.

Funds are withdrawn in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) to accounts or e-wallets registered by the user. The platform is not liable for losses due to inaccurate withdrawal details provided by the user.

Withdrawals may be held or declined if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, term violations, or unresolved compliance issues.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

U12 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond the platform’s control.
  • Data loss resulting from third-party technical failures.
  • Disputed bet or game results confirmed by the system.
  • Financial losses resulting from your own betting decisions.

The platform’s maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user within 30 days prior to the relevant event.

Suspension and Account Closure

The u12 platform reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any terms in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Reporting fraudulent activities, money laundering, or platform abuse.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification.
  • Legal actions or orders from relevant authorities.

In cases where account closure results from a terms violation, the platform reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Users may appeal via customer support within 14 days from the account closure date.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the u12 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of the platform or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-Party Links

The u12 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to Terms

The u12 platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing terms regularly. Malaysian law governs any disputes that arise.
